Independent Living Awaits

Asbury Park’s Independent Living Cottages total 67 rental cottages. The rent is determined by the square footage of the house or duplex. Each cottage is unique, as such no floor plan can be provided – we invite you to visit our campus and see for yourself.

Included in these Independent Living rates are amenities such as snow removal, lawn care, structural maintenance, and kitchen appliances (stove and refrigerator).

Our rates for the cottages are not dependent upon whether a single resident or a married couple occupies the unit.

Amenities include planned activities, stocked fishing pond, monthly shared meal, Exercise and Wellness facilities, Meeting space, and much more. Meals and transportation are available at additional costs to our residents.

A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
A one-time non-refundable entrance fee is required.
Utilities: Residents pay for Electric, Gas, Water/Sewer/Trash. Cottages include Cox cable TV (starter and essential packages) but does not include any other utilities.
