Independent Living

Our Independent Living is a place you will love to call home! We provide you rental cottages or for-purchase patio homes for those who want the independence of living in your own home but not the hassle of yard maintenance and everyday repairs of the home.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living is the ideal solution for those who need a bit of support in daily living. We focus on residents getting the help they need to maximize their independence. By providing assistance as well as daily activities our residents maintain a high standard of living.

Nursing Care

Paramount Community Living And Rehab provides exceptional nursing care with all private rooms and two life-style options: Green House Homes or more traditional nursing – Nelson Hall. We strive daily to preserve an individual’s quality of life as his or her needs change. Our program is both Medicaid-licensed and Medicare-certified.

Paramount Community Living And Rehab is a non-profit retirement community located in Newton, KS. Our 34-acre property is located in close proximity to restaurants, churches, shopping, quaint downtown Newton, nationally acclaimed Sand Creek Station Golf Course, and Newton Medical Center.

In 2017 we celebrated 55 years of caring service in providing elders with a variety of life styles and services, including independent living rental cottages and universally-designed patio homes, rapid recovery, assisted Living, memory support and 24 hour skilled nursing services. With more than half a century providing elders with a variety of lifestyles and services you can trust us to provide a welcoming sense of community.
