Paramount Community Living And Rehab is in the process of adding universally-designed patio homes to our independent living campus, to allow residents to age-in-place and remain in their homes longer as their mobility and/or abilities decline. There are currently nine
The homes start 1,465 sq. ft. and are spacious with two bedrooms, two baths and a double car garage. The costs are dependent upon upgrades selected.

Here are some of the features that make the patio homes a much better
place to retire than traditional residential housing:
